I can see the lack of happiness in your eyes
even tho its halloween, its not a very good disguise
it takes two to tango, that is what has caused our demise
including a lack of effort and empty cries
first kiss, last dance, I guess Im too traditional to believe in the past
this will be the last passage that I write about your ass
and we danced with the chance of youth
and we lost everything including the truth
this whole process is very empowering
as I search for this person who used to be me
I truly wish you the best in everything you do
